Easy to use website but pricey

Easy to use website to add and remove a car to be insured but despite having over 10 years no claims bonus my car insurance increased substantially this year. I don't feel customers are rewarded for remaining with the company as I have done. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Easy to use website but loyalty not rewarded

My car insurance almost doubled this year, despite having 10 years no claims bonus and being with them over a number of years, so how is this company rewarding careful drivers and loyal customers? Lowered my car insurance

When renewing my car insurance this year, Aviva's quote was considerably higher than last year despite another year of. No claims bonus, however the representative talked me through how to make adjustments on my home and contents insurance and link the two products finding a more affordable solution.
