I couldn’t believe it when a cashier closed my account by accident. She was listening to what I wanted. She was busy chatting on the phone. I’ve moved my money away from Virgin. Don’t trust them.

Staff are untrained or badly trained. My ISA lost money. The numbers simply dropped. I found out staff transfered my money out by mistake. I still don’t have it back. Waiting 18 weeks. Many hours of calls.
