Cashier closed my account by accident

I couldn’t believe it when a cashier closed my account by accident. She was listening to what I wanted. She was busy chatting on the phone. I’ve moved my money away from Virgin. Don’t trust them. Reviewed on: 19th November 2022

My ISA lost £5000 due to staff error

Staff are untrained or badly trained. My ISA lost money. The numbers simply dropped. I found out staff transfered my money out by mistake. I still don’t have it back. Waiting 18 weeks. Many hours of calls. Reviewed on: 19th November 2022

Untrustworthy bank, awful staff
