Fraud of a company, only want to TL the vehicle when its perfectly repairable as an engineer said that they called out but still wanna TL and want to take my excess when its easily proven not my fault. Accident was back last 6 months and its still going on. Customer service is crap and if you ask for a manger or supervisor apparently they don't take customer calls.
