Avoid to buy an insurance with this company. Terrible.
During the process they don’t said that if you have medical treatment the policy will no work.
I bought for my son the 2nd of January 2023 an insurance. After I pay he received the policy and confirmation and the first think they said is that :
if you have a medical treatment during the pass 2years the policy will not cover you.
I call them immediately to cancel it. And the voicemail was the only one that takes my call.
I called them again today to cancel and they didn’t refund me the total I paid.
They are NOT clear in the process.
Obviously if they mention about the medical treatment during the buying process I will NEVER buy it!
Hiding information like this is robbery and dishonesty MAKING people buy something that they will not be able to use, specially an insurance when the main thing is to feel secure.
I am totally unhappy. And I absolutely don't recommend them.
