Awful service when confronted with a burst outdoor tap, the water was isolated but shot off downstairs utilities. With a family of 5 they argued that there was no water in the house and therefore not an emergency- soonest plumber appointment is 5 days time! Appealing service don’t use this insurer. Complaint procedure also not followed diverted to customer satisfaction department and this point phone went dead!
