You can never get through to their customer service by phone or chat. On phone waiting tome is 2hours. By Chat its always 99+ waiting online to chat with, and if it gets to your turn after about 1.30 minutes, then suddenly a message pops up saying to Agent is available. Via email, you will never get a reply from them.. Overall Rating for me is Zero(0)
