Dodgy Company

You can never get through to their customer service by phone or chat. On phone waiting tome is 2hours. By Chat its always 99+ waiting online to chat with, and if it gets to your turn after about 1.30 minutes, then suddenly a message pops up saying to Agent is available. Via email, you will never get a reply from them.. Overall Rating for me is Zero(0) Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Dodgy company who will scam you

Absolutely joke of a company. Ordered insurance online, then realised I'd done it wrong, so rang up to set up another policy. The lady on the phone said the old one needed to be cancelled before setting up the new one (great... Or so I thought) A month later, I have 2 direct debits taken out of my account. One for the old one (that I was assured was cancelled, and the new one) I called Zego 5 times to sort out, and was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to speak to somebody to help me. When I eventually spoke to someone, they told me i need to ring Premium Credit Ltd as it was down to them. After another long conversation with PCL, I was told it was cancelled, and I needed to speak with Zego, as they hadn't cancelled it their end. So I spent another lifetime on hold, to confirm this with Zego, only to be told somebody will ring me. That was 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the call 2 weeks later, I have more money come out of my account, so I ring Zego to find out what's going on. Spend another hour on hold, only to be told my policy has been cancelled, due to me not signing a credit agreement with Premium Credit Ltd. Again, I was told somebody would call me back asap, as I was at work, and now had no insurance. After ANOTHER call to Premium Credit Ltd, they tell me I have in fact signed the credit agreement, and they're unsure why my insurance was cancelled. ANOTHER hour long phone call with Zego to try and sort it out, only to be told I will get a call back as soon as possible Guess what? Still no call back, still not sorted, and I have spent over £300 to be insured for 2 months and now have to have a day off work to try and sort out, as I'm uninsured. Not very good for a company who offer work vehicle insurance, is it? Not sure what's going on at this place, but it's definitely a bit shady. I'll be emailing the insurance ombudsman today, and hopefully get to the bottom of all this dodgy behaviour. -10/10. Reviewed on: 11th June 2024

I found Zego through a connection on a huge pursuit site and they had the option to offer the best cost and least demanding statement and buy process, since buying I've needed to Revise the strategy through the truly supportive Application Visit. I addressed a truly supportive specialist called Malik F they had the option to manage all that I really wanted in a quick and productive way I will 100 percent be prescribing this organization to all my work partners. If they need to sell insurance they will ring you every day.If you have a problem they say go to Zego App Nearly one year I cant get through and they increased hourly rate. I had a 30 day policy setup for auto renew

with zego. On auto-renewal zego will collect money on random day 3/5 before your policy expires. Unfortunately i didn't have enough money on that time. I try to contack company before my policy expire on saturday to renew manually but here was no answer on the phone and chat with agent. Sunday they are closed so i contacted them on monday over chat agent because as usual he phone lines not working. After describing my situation and question on what's new quote is as i'm with you two years agent told me that he cant help me to renew the policy. Agent informed me that they will ring back in 5 days to solve the issue and they think that i will be waiting 5 days to renew my policy. Time to look somewhere else Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

I would like to complain it's been 4 days I am trying to contact u regarding policy change I have changed my car and want to transfer the insurance over I have called my times alongside sending emails but have no reply back what a terrible customer service I wouldn't recommend zego to anyone please could u help me with transferring my insurance Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
