I had a 30 day policy setup for auto renew

with zego. On auto-renewal zego will collect money on random day 3/5 before your policy expires. Unfortunately i didn't have enough money on that time. I try to contack company before my policy expire on saturday to renew manually but here was no answer on the phone and chat with agent. Sunday they are closed so i contacted them on monday over chat agent because as usual he phone lines not working. After describing my situation and question on what's new quote is as i'm with you two years agent told me that he cant help me to renew the policy. Agent informed me that they will ring back in 5 days to solve the issue and they think that i will be waiting 5 days to renew my policy. Time to look somewhere else Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

After being with them for around four years wanted to cancel my policy and direct debit. Ring and spoke to them about the cancelation and been charged 9.58. Day after i been charged 94.17 my normal direct debit for insurance and when i ring them back they say that this direct debit is a charge for my cancelation aswell. I was not informed about it when i was on the call to cancel policy about monthly direct debit charge for cancelation of policy. Be careful with this company, fishy Reviewed on: 25th June 2021
