It's difficult to say how well it's performing in the current cost of living crisis but it seems to be an okay company so far

By putting money away you get entered into a prize draw with quite good odds, which makes it more annoying when you don't win! They also regularly send out emails saying you may not have topped up your account two days after money going into account, which makes you worry about something having gone wrong and is quite stressful and completely unnecessary
