This is not the way how a bank should treat their customers. Amex was good in the past and is still good but their customer service and back office which closed my account after 5 years and I never had a late payment or something like this. If I did something wrong in some way then Amex should contact me and tell me what I did wrong but after thinking about it several days I don’t know why they closed my account. I also have a good credit rating with mortgage and other credit cards etc. so I don’t get it.

I don’t use chase as my main bank because they don’t offer an IBAN and BIC number for international transfers. They also don’t offer and overdraft or credit cards which is a bit embarrassing for such a big bank.
