Rubisch don't use

I had a bike stolen and it took them nearly 4 weeks to okay a replacement. Getting replies from emails is very rare and when you try to ring the lines are constantly busy. The excuse was about the floods that happened over the weekend after my bike have been stolen and in my view they are an insurance company whose trading craft is disaster will never use again.
