Easy to use savings account with ethics!

An online savings account. Straightforward to use with very reliable mobile app. I also like the way the app gives my positive environmental impact in terms of the savings I have. A bank with great ethics that doesn't invest in the bad things that harm the planet. You may not recognise the name but I'd recommend you consider them as your bank. Great service! Great ethics!

Triodos Bank has a real focus on ethical banking and leads the way in how banks should be changing for the benefit of people and planet. From my environmentally friendly debit card to my online statements. There are rarely any problems with their mobile app and online banking. When you call their phone line, you don't wait for an hour and you don't have lots of menus to press 1 for this and press 2 for that. You get through to a person! Which these days feels progressive and radical when compared to the big banks. They are clear on what they support and invest in, and don't invest in bad things for the planet. Finally, when I was concerned that someone may have been trying to scam me, their main phone line staff and their fraud team were very helpful. They actually listened to me attentively and answered my questions. They offered reassurance without being patronising. Their level of customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
