Took out a policy to start with immediate effect, I was charged for the policy straight away but no cover note was issued and no confirmation given. I received an email the following day at 6.11pm asking to contact them or my insurance would be cancelled. I rang immediately but was not able to speak with anyone.
I cancelled the policy as it was easier than trying to wait on hold and weave my way through their phone system.

Just a quick warning to those looking at insuring their vans with Staveley Head . I have found them to be unbelievably keen on paperwork so cancelled and was charged £280 for a fortnights insurance.
Avoid at all costs if I were you.
