Worst experience opening a business account. Terrible communication waited 5 months and called them up numerous times. They had the wrong email which I gave them asked for my information which I gave them no reply had to call up again saying the wrong email. Handler doesn't respond to questions eventually I told them to leave it ill try another bank Avoid Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

Right from the beginning, the process was plagued with inefficiency and lack of communication. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, I had to constantly chase them for updates. It seemed like their employees lacked basic professionalism and failed to understand the importance of timely responses. My requests for information were met with indifference, leaving me frustrated and anxious about the status of my application. Moreover, the bank lender's lack of transparency became apparent when they introduced unexpected fees and hidden charges. The terms and conditions that were initially presented were altered without prior notice, resulting in additional financial burdens that were never disclosed in the beginning. This deceptive practice was not only unethical but also a clear indication of their disregard for their customers' well-being. Furthermore, their incompetence extended to the processing of my loan. The entire procedure was plagued with unnecessary delays and mistakes. Documents were misplaced, information was incorrectly recorded, and there were frequent errors in their internal systems. These blunders not only wasted my time but also caused considerable stress and inconvenience. Even when it came to customer service, their representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive. Whenever I called to seek clarification or resolution to my issues, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. It felt as though my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and the staff showed no interest in rectifying the problems they had caused. In the end, the experience with redwood bank was nothing short of a disaster. I regret ever engaging with them and would strongly advise against anyone else doing so.
