No fees, but also no customer service

Opened savings account that went smoothly but isn't intuitive. I have spent the last month trying to open an S&S ISA which still hadn't happened. The one I have to transfer in isn't on their list and it said to fill in a form but didn't link it. Their chatbot said they don't have a form. I managed to get a digital form from customer service but it has a problem which I have contacted customer service twice but 2 weeks later still no call back. My ISA will be going somewhere else as will my future business, unfortuntely no fees is good but not worth it in this case. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

The app is great and they are still improving it. I love the reminders for bills and whether you have enough to cover them.The customer service is quick and efficient with dealing with any questions. I have already recommended the app to other people. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

I tried loads of other apps after money dashboard closed and none until snoop included what I wanted. Customer service is great and they have developed since I joined 4 months ago. I Iove all the insights and customisation of the app. Does a great job of keeping my spending in check. Just need to make it so you can add transactions to offline accounts to be perfect. Helpful customer service but portal needs some work

Due for renewal and wanted to discuss as it had gone up considerably. Got ir2 customer service person after about a 10 minute wait who was very helpful and managed to get my quote down by going throught the options with me. Only really negative is that for some reason they had taken the details including renewal price off the portal over 5 days before renewal so couldn't see all the added extras without contacting them which is just causing longer customer service wait times.
