Customer service is incompetent and it will cost you!!

Barclays Insurance has the wrong name for my partner on our insurance. They admit that it's wrong. They know that it invalidated my insurance if we have to file and claim despite the fact that they are very much collecting money for the policy. yet THEY WILL NOT CHANGE IT!!!
