I have this account more than one year , i found it...

I have this account more than one year , i found it very good , in ths time i had one time problem but just chatting with them directly fixed it. So i can say they doing good customer service. in the end i can say im happy to have a account with them. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Great, but the cash back wasn’t as much

Overall, my experience was good but I had one bone to pick and that’s with the cash back. I hoped that I’d get money back for spending on shops that provided necessities like Asda, Tesco or Lidl. I also didn’t understand why you had to have a certain amount of money in the account to be eligible for this. I wished it would be simpler as many like myself could benefit from this a lot.
