I have had my card for some years now and have always found the company to be helpful when I needed it eg missing a payment when circumstances were difficult and being able to transfer cash to my bank account when needed. The transfers are quick, usually same day making it simple and efficient. The interest rate is comparable with other cards and you can have some control over your credit limit.
