Avoid, avoid avoid!

Cheating, lying company who is money hungry. Completely unproffesional with their interactions with customers. They would happily leave you waiting on the phone for 3... Cheating, lying company who is money hungry. Completely unproffesional with their interactions with customers. They would happily leave you waiting on the phone for 3 hours with no one picking up. They invent fees out of thin air. My policy started at £1,400 for the year it ended up being £2,500 and I was forced to pay every pain staking month of that or else they would void my insurance. I wasn't told there would be an excess on the phone. So when the time came when I had a crash and needed to claim they said there was a £1,300 excess. WTF. just wtf. STAY AWAY! HEED MY WORDS.
