Avoid, avoid avoid!

Cheating, lying company who is money hungry. Completely unproffesional with their interactions with customers. They would happily leave you waiting on the phone for 3 hours with no one picking up. They invent fees out of thin air. My policy started at £1,400 for the year it ended up being £2,500 and I was forced to pay every pain staking month of that or else they would void my insurance. I wasn't told there would be an excess on the phone. So when the time came when I had a crash and needed to claim they said there was a £1,300 excess. WTF. just wtf. STAY AWAY! HEED MY WORDS.
