Incredible is an understatement!

Incredible makes paying credit cards off transparent and easy. Banks are traditionally opaque about what you owe on your credit card and when. They pray on people with information asymmetry. Incredible have been incredible

The customer service has been the best I’ve experienced, in the very early days there some small teething issues but the team were there to help straight away, they even got in touch later to share how they learnt and the changes they put in place -no complaints from me they were just proactive and always showing they care about the customer journey Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
