If the company ends up in difficulties - which does happen - Abundance are proactive in supporting them, negotiating with government bodies (Ofgem being the most useless of these) and renegotiating repayment terms where necessary. As a result of my experiences of restructuring and defaults I would not advise anybody to invest. Perhaps it is better for individuals to invest via an ethical ISA fund so the risk is spread.
