Unhappy with mortgage broker

Absolute useless mortgage broker. Paid £250, 8 weeks later they still hadn’t obtained us a mortgage offer so we went to the bank and got one ourselves in a day. Avoid!

    Dealt with two different advisors on a couple of occassions at my local Countrywide branch, they were both excellent and so helpful. Everything was done...
