Couldn't fault the service I had with them. No query or question was a problem for them to answer. They explained everything in simple terms. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been a very different experience from other mortgage providers. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026

had a very positive experience with Countrywide Mortgage Broker. The adviser was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer questions. Best mortgage advisor!

Dealt with two different advisors on a couple of occassions at my local Countrywide branch, they were both excellent and so helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner, saved me loads of money and got me a great deal on my mortgage. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024

Absolute useless mortgage broker. Paid £250, 8 weeks later they still hadn’t obtained us a mortgage offer so we went to the bank and got one ourselves in a day. Avoid! Reviewed on: 29th January 2019
