Lost all the capital invested in a project

Buy-to-let crowdfunding (discontinued) • 26th December 2020

I invested £28900 in a crowdlords project which went into administration and i lost the principle as well as any expected returns resulting in nada. 100% loss.

High returns on crowd lending in property development

This company has excellent return opportunities in development loans (mainly mezzanine, 2nd charge), interim and full equity alongside the developers. They cannot get the timings... This company has excellent return opportunities in development loans (mainly mezzanine, 2nd charge), interim and full equity alongside the developers. They cannot get the timings always right as property building is notorious of delays but your money are still invested and if you're equipped with patience you will be rewarded.     Limited deal flow

    I joined CrowdLords as an investor. The process is simple and the concept is good. I invested in the Seedrs fundraise they did so hope... I joined CrowdLords as an investor.
