High returns on crowd lending in property development

This company has excellent return opportunities in development loans (mainly mezzanine, 2nd charge), interim and full equity alongside the developers. They cannot get the timings always right as property building is notorious of delays but your money are still invested and if you're equipped with patience you will be rewarded. Excellent autoinvest ISA with returns around 8%
