Excellent Service

Became aware of Evergreen via an email of one of the wildlife charities I support. Sent for a quote for pet insurance and was highly impressed with the quick service and ease of taking out a new policy. All my questions and information requested were dealt with straight away, helping me to make an informed choice for the best cover for my pet. Ethical value car insurance with a heart

Evergreen were brilliant when I needed car insurance for my son to learn to drive they found and delivered from an ethical provider at almost a third the cost offered by the company who insure my main car and several household policies. I will be going back to them for quotes on all my policies as they run out. not only that but they have donated a share of their commission to conservation charity Buglife. Genuinely empathetic and refreshingly non-scripted customer service

Initial contact was positive, the promised call-back was made later that same day. Quotes were tailored and reasonable. Ethical concerns were understood, questions answered satisfactorily and rapport established. I'm happy to think a percentage of the fees goes to wildlife charities, reassuring me that this company thinks a little like I do.
