All went well until I had to claim

All went well until I had to claim, then I did all the running around myself, and still I received my vehicle back from their approved repairers with damage not repaired and further damage done to my vehicle. They were totally unhelpful, they passed the buck to their repairers and had nothing more to do with it. Definitely do not use or trust this company. I’ve been a taxi driver for 15 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever received. The other party accepted full 100% responsibility, my vehicle was parked, I wasn’t even in it, now they’re refusing to repair my alloy wheels where the other party drove my vehicle into the kerb damaging my wheels when they impacted my vehicle. This was noted by the recovery driver too, now I have to pay £320 out my own pocket to pay for the wheel repairs myself ! And I’ve my vehicle back in a worst condition than before the accident. I would expect my vehicle to be returned to me in at least the condition it was in before the incident. Terrible service, the call handlers refused to elevate my complaint telling me “No one above her was available to talk to me” Then tried to pass the blame to their repairers at CVS, completely washing their hands of everything. Leaving me no choice but to pursue them legally now. I’m absolutely exhausted trying to sort this out and chase things up, eight weeks it took to receive my vehicle back, endless phone calls from one department to another, it’s been a full time job for me. The communication from Freeway was beyond terrible. Their call handlers attitude was terrible too, they sounded like a school child and had the mentality to match. Thoroughly disappointed with this company despite being with them a good few years. I shall definitely NOT be renewing my insurance with Freeway ever again. They’re happy to take your money, but will do the bare minimal in return when you need to claim. 0 out of 10 from me. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

Avoid!

After 3 weeks nobody answers! Calls, emails, WhatsApp...no answer. If they need you they'll call you daily, if you need them they'll never answer. I am almost to that point were my new insurer will cancel my insurance because of this rtrds. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
