Very poor customer service

Have made a claim July 2019. Claim not settled No progress made. Do not reply to emails. Advisors on the phone unhelpful. Very bad and stressful experience. Quick to take money but not willing to deal with claim Reviewed on: 16th September 2019

Very easy

Luckily I haven’t had to use the customer service whilst I’ve had the insurance however actually taking out the insurance was very easy. Not sure if slightly over priced thought! Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

Fabulous

On a recent trip Florida, my wife fell ill. We ended up in A&E. Insuratrip were fabulous and we received all our expenditure back, less the excess. Still insured by them now. Reviewed on: 30th August 2019

Easy and affordable
