Poo customer service

Had mobile stolen whilst at the Olympics in Rio and even though we had the additional insurance to cover the item we are still trying to get our money. They do not respond to emails and we are still chasing payment even though our claim goes back to August last year! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

You get what you pay for i.e. NOTHING

Dreadful experience when making a claim. The clinic said their heart sank when they saw we were with Insuratrip because getting money out of them is so difficult. They don't return messages/emails. Very competitive travel insurance with easy to navigate website. I had to phone them to discuss a medical issue and they were courteous and very helpful. Will use them again in the future. Reviewed on: 8th September 2019

Everything in one bundle

Fantastic price for worldwide insurance, everything I need and includes winter skiing. Being 71 years old, can't believe the price I have paid. Can't find another insurance broker who will give such a fantastic deal at this price for a whole years insurance. Reviewed on: 7th September 2019
