Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings. You are force to open a new bank account with their partner which was described as Loqbox agreement... Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings. You are force to open a new bank account with their partner which was described as Loqbox agreement by taking out Loqbox products which was highlighted to their customers instead they described it as easy to close and walk away with your savings. Customers where not told saving with Loqbox will be recorded as loans. It marvel me to find out my savings was recorded as loan and I paid exorbitant charges from membership fees and closing fees.
