I have not renewed my insurance with Lycetts after discovering they fund and support illegal fox hunting

After the first broker struggled to find the right cover we were given a second partner to work with. We were given cover and duly paid over the year. When it came to review they then told us we were never actually sufficiently covered for the year gone. They left us exposed and then fought against us when we requested a refund. We sought support from the Financial Ombudsman and only then did they accept their error and refund this. Exceptional poor support from a reputable broker and i would encourage anyone who is considering this company to look elsewhere. Read more Read less
