DIsappointing, unprofessional and chaotic

We are a small business and required Professional indemnity, Product Liability and full general cover. We took time explaining our business to them and shared our contracts. After the first broker struggled to find the right cover we were given a second partner to work with. We were given cover and duly paid over the year. When it came to review they then told us we were never actually sufficiently covered for the year gone. They left us exposed and then fought against us when we requested a refund. We sought support from the Financial Ombudsman and only then did they accept their error and refund this. Exceptional poor support from a reputable broker and i would encourage anyone who is considering this company to look elsewhere. Reviewed on: 29th March 2018
