I received excellent service and experience I was really struggling with debts I first tried through step change but It was a very hard application... I received excellent service and experience I was really struggling with debts I first tried through step change but It was a very hard application so then I used national debtline and all I had to do was call them and they did the application over the phone and then gave me advice and chose to go with a debt relief order and all I had to do was provide information of my debts and my application was submitted and national debtline and citizens advice did the rest and i am now debt free thank you very much I don't no what I would do with out they help Read more Read less

Really helpful and saved me a load of money
I called them about a letter from a debt collection company about a historic debt. They gave advice on how to deal with the debt,... I called them about a letter from a debt collection company about a historic debt. They gave advice on how to deal with the debt, advised that I check there was no CCJ and that the debt should be time stature barred. I followed their advice, sent one of their pro-forma emails and the debt company have agreed the debt is time statute barred and that they will not be pursuing me for the debt.
