cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Understanding

Being irresponsible when I was young resulted in me having really bad credit, so it has been difficult to be accepted for credit. This loan has given me the chance to build my credit slowly. The customer service is excellent and have not had one problem. Reviewed on: 5th June 2018

So quick and understanding

I asked oakam if I can get a loan as I needed a new carpet and didn't have my payday due at the time and I done a online application and then I phone oakam to see if I was accepted which I was and I was amazed with the friendliness and service I got from their customer service team I would recommend oakam to friends and family and thankyou for giving me the opportunity for giving me the loan Reviewed on: 2nd June 2018

Oakam are best i have bad credit an d i was have disffults getting the loan, but the have the have build up my credit rating
