All I hear from them is we are doing review after I have provided all the information they need I even sent them the ones they did not ask for just for them to know I have been doing business with this company call Elavon contact. But till date I keep hearing the same story we are still doing review. I couldn’t sleep as I have pple to carry out their even for today now this guys held my money reason best known to them . I’m tired getting sick because this is my business they are trying to ruin for me. A similar issue occurred when I was purchasing land—I withdrew 13 million Naira, and despite providing all the necessary information, it took them two days to send my money. Yesterday, I traveled from Calabar to Lagos to purchase building materials and made a withdrawal of $10,100 using my Wise account. To clarify, Wise is a 3D-secure payment platform that requires mobile authorization before any transaction can be processed. I completed all the necessary authorizations and even provided extra information to show my trust and compliance with OhentPay's process. However, it has now been over 30 hours, and I am stranded in Lagos, borrowing money just to cover my expenses and meals. Meanwhile, my Wise account shows that the funds have already been released to them. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep telling me to wait as my transaction is still under review. P.s I am a regular user of OhentPay which have been working well regardless of the delay but is sure it will come but this is the worst case. I plead with every future user or intending user DO NOT!
