I've been using OhentPay for over two years now with the same credit card details. Last year, after getting married, I faced delays with my withdrawals, which made it difficult to meet some financial commitments. I paid a payment on 17th September Sunday, I hit debited from France to Nigeria and my payment is on pending, I was asked to submit my bank statement which I did. It’s more than 3days from Sunday and I haven’t received my payment. P.s I am a regular user of OhentPay which have been working well regardless of the delay but is sure it will come but this is the worst case. I plead with every future user or intending user DO NOT! Service sucks big time!

Very unreliable for remittance and I wonder why they are still allowed to do financial business. I wont be surprised if some day people's money "hangs" permanently and it'll be up to regulators to intercede. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2023

I’ve used OhentPay more than five times and the transaction went through almost immediately. The only time I experienced a delay was when I transacted at 8pm Nigerian time and got credited by 8am the following day. I’m satisfied and I know they can do better. Best rate too! Kudos! It’s been over 24hrs you debited me £350 and it’s been saying processing up till this minute.. I’m terribly disappointed as this is my first time of using the app.. my mom has been ill in Nigeria and has been waiting on the money for her treatment in the hospital!
