It seems they will do everything to avoid paying out, especially after reading the rest of the reviews here. Aside from the above, their claim process is stuck in the past, paper forms to fill in and scan/fax back. Because this was noted they are refusing a legitimate claim because the vet cleaned his ears and this constitutes he had a pre-existing condition for allergies !!! Our pet was treated for an itchy stomach and paws. AVOID this place if you want assurance your pet is genuinely covered. Our first claim in two years, these are the worse insurance company and culture ive come across in 55 years. Totally rogue and underhanded robbers.
