"Good Service, But Haven't Tested Claims Process Yet"

I have had the opportunity to use this insurance company, but I must mention that I haven't had the chance to see how it works in practice, as I haven't had any accidents that would require me to claim compensation. Therefore, I can't really comment on how the company handles critical situations or the process of paying out claims.
