Generally I have had good experiences.

Generally I have had good experiences with PayPal. When I’ve had to contact their customer service team my query has been resolved quickly and efficiently. The app and website feels secure, it’s easy to navigate and use too. My only issue was the PayPal exchange rate was really poor compared to my bank’s, which is something I didn’t realise until after I’d paid. I ended up spending like an extra £60 because PayPal provided a bad exchange rate. Other than that, their service is really excellent and I use it for just about everything!
