Terrible customer service - avoid at all costs!

After receiving my Platinum CC with a 10000$ Credit limit, I reduced it online to $6000 for security reasons. A month later I wanted to book international flights and tried online to increase limit back to $10000. Incising limit online did not work. I had to refill the form (provided same details as original application) and credit increase was denied.
