SHAM BREAKDOWN COVER

My car number is SD63UNG. I have used this breakdown service to change my car tyre in the past. Yesterday I went out and I had a flat tyre and after I was asked loads of questions, I was given an estimated time scope of 2 hours. The recovery man arrived after 1 hour 35 minutes. He requested for the wheel lock which I handed over to him. As he was trying to loose the wheel nut with the lock, the wheel nut hook detached from wheel nut.
