Absolutely disgusted with this insurer.

Absolutely disgusted with this insurer. I had a lengthy telephone conversation raising many concerns which the staff member seemed to initially understand. They asked me to put them in writing and email them over for them to deal with. I did so, but the staff member then dismissed everything I said, refused to answer it and instead took it upon themselves to foward my entire email thread of conversation including private and confidential information on a sensitive topic and conv...
