Absolutely horrendous company.

Absolutely horrendous company. I made the initial application payment of £465 and was advised I would receive a full refund based on the product I was taking out. 4 months on I have not received the refund, raised a complaint and they provided conflicting information and asked me to check with my bank, I provided proof of my bank statements for two full months showing no refund. I’ve now had to take this to the financial ombudsman and my bank have taken the case to get the money back. I feel very let down by this company and wouldn’t ever use them again.
