Terrible customer service

I moved to the USA. Despite months of back and forth I now have zero access to anything to do with my 2 pension policies. I made a complaint, they closed it because they couldnt provide a resolution. Response times are 20 to 25 working days, the customer service is so poor I would never recommend this company. I still don't have access and cant even change my retirement date.
