Definitely a 1 star from me.

Definitely a 1 star from me. I’ve been waiting for a call from credit union all day. I’ve spoke Antoinette now numerous occasions. Firstly I spoke to her about my loan which she said she would ring me within 30 mins with a decision if she was gonna give me a loan, which then took about 3/4 hours. Then she said she couldn’t give it as I have somethings on my credit file (so they clearly can make an decision) then I asked if they could delay at-least an month payment as it’s coming to Christmas she said then she has forwarded it to the relevant team and would ring me after 11. Still awaiting for this call. Also to add I did ask her to transfer money from my mandatory to my regular shares and she still hasn’t done it. Then to top it off I did explain my loan is automatically taken from My child benefit and I have never missed a payment,and still declined me Ps there is not any financial support here (Been with them for 7 years by the way) Reviewed on: 25th November 2024
