Review of the Sainsburys Bank, Car Insurance:

Go elsewhere - not a credit to the Sainsbury brand.

Whilst their pricing is competitive, they seem to have almost no one available to answer simple queries. I had an issue confirming NCB's with them and had to call multiple times to try and get through but the line cuts off before you reach the support team ; one has a sense the system is entirely automated so is unable to cope with an inquiry - and that's as a a new customer. I should hate to have to process a claim with them ! Reviewed on: 3rd December 2024
