Where to start? Just... NO.

Where to start? I applied, and was approved. Installed the app. The app did not work - I could not access anything through the app without first setting up a payment method. They use a third party app to do this called Plaid; Plaid apparently isn't connected to my bank, so I couldn't set up the payments. There was no option in the app to enter the payment information manually. So I went to the website to create a login. The site sent me a link, which repeatedly failed. Not just ...
