Where to start? Just... NO.

Where to start? I applied, and was approved. Installed the app. The app did not work - I could not access anything through the app without first setting up a payment method. They use a third party app to do this called Plaid; Plaid apparently isn't connected to my bank, so I couldn't set up the payments. There was no option in the app to enter the payment information manually. So I went to the website to create a login. The site sent me a link, which repeatedly failed. Not just once or twice, but multiple times over multiple days. Could not access my account through their site. So I called in, multiple times over multiple days. No option listed to speak to a human, just 7-options to listen to prerecorded messages. I FINALLY called Zable personal loans, and they told me to call back and select Option 8 - which is not offered through their phone tree - to get transferred to a live person. I did, and have now been on hold for over half an hour. Now I've been told that their customer service line closes at 4PM EST. I'm on the west coast, so that's like 1PM? I DO NOT WANT OR NEED THIS CREDIT CARD BADLY ENOUGH TO OFFSET ALL OF THESE THINGS, OKAY? BYE. Reviewed on: 17th December 2024
