RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had boiler and heating cover since 2023 initially it was £5 per month and included an annual boiler service…. They scheduled the boiler service for April but then rescheduled it due to a high number of call outs. It was rescheduled a further 2 times to the point I didn’t actually get an annual service because it ended up happening over a year later.
