I have been a customer for years always worked fine...

I have been a customer for years always worked fine occasional issues getting locked out of app customer services is generally good but in urgent situations waiting for a chat can be frustrating an priority chat for fraud or series situations would be good. Has been a bit concerning that i now have to pay commission it started just at wkend s now its over a certain amount and transfers dont go until Monday. In this respect i feel the service has got worse than when i first joined up. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
